Introduction

The purpose of this project is to familiarize you with some aspects of cloud computing. You can choose one of four options for the project, based on your interests and skills: simulation, applications, infrastructure, or research.

As with the first project, this project should also be done in groups of 3-4.

Due Date

The project is due Thursday, May 6 at 9 pm. In all cases, you will be asked to implement a project, write a report about the project, and do a short (10 minute) presentation on the project at the end of the semester.

Presentation

You will have 10-15 minutes to present your work in class. You can bring your own laptop or email me slides that I can display from my laptop (a bit easier, as it avoids switching laptops). Presentations will be held in class on May 4th and May 6th.

Your presentation should discuss the problem/assignment you address and what you focused your work on; your design; your evaluation technique; and your results.

Report

The report should be 7-14 pages if it was written in single column format, 11 point font, 1 inch margins. You can format it as you see fit.
